After purchasing a motorcycle and only having a booking for a CBT a month later, I had to insure the bike before it would be delivered, so went ahead on gocompare to find a quote, clearly stated that I do not currently posses a CBT yet received a good quote from Motorcycledirect. Purchased the insurance to then only be told a couple of days later that they can't insure me because I don't posses a CBT and on top of that charge me a cancellation fee and fee for the amount of days the bike has been insured. Despite all this I'm not even receiving the bike until a couple of days after my CBT!! Utterly incompetent organisation, stay clear because they're obviously nothing more than common criminals.
