Very disappointed with this company. As a company that claims to be for motorcyclist their after sales is deplorable. Having taken out my policy and paying for it in full went on holiday came back and found several emails from them, telling that I was not insured when I phoned they said that they did not get my notice of no claims 15 years. The company stated proof of no claims was to be with them in 10 days and it's in their TERMS & CONDITIONS. £72 to reinstate it the policy cost £85 did take out their kind offer ,nor do you a refund because what it costs for the paperwork
