They cancelled my policy. i rode my new bike without insurance for 4 months no knowing. I was bombarded with emails for my licence. When clicked on, it asked for my dob and email. I thought it was a fraud so i didn't reply. The "final Notice email" above the address says "to be sent 1st class" which they didn't do. They relied soley on email which im not interested in or use much. The letter in the post would have saved the policy from being cancelled.
Very very bad.
