Wanted to change bike details, similar performance, Emailed and answer was they would respond within 5 days. Too long so I phoned. £225 more, then dropped to £50 more. Said they would have to get sales dept to call. I agreed. No call so searched for alternative and found bennetts for £77 for the year. Emailed MD to cancel immediately, no response, 3 days later they took direct debit payment and now want £75 to cancel. Whats the £75 for? Pressing 2 buttons on a keyboard???? Absolute rip off company. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is shocking.
