had to give 1 star if i could leave negative five i would rang them up to change my bike over as my previous one broke down £50 admin charge for changing bike even though its pressing a couple of keys on a keyboard i asked why so mich an recieved a very anotty reply of "its standard policy to charge a customer this fee" then had the cheek to say we will automatically renew ya policy when its finished i said no ya wont not returning to you.
ABSOLUTE DREADFUL COMPANY jmi or carole nash are better going to them in future
