Terrible experience with this company.
I moved from London to South Wales at which point they told me my insurance company (Europa Group) would no longer insure me unless my bike was garaged (it wasn't garaged in London) this wasn't an option. Consequently they cancelled my policy and charged me £75, they then said they would be happy to give me a new quote and policy which I didn't take and so glad I didn't as I later found out Europe Group and motorcycle direct and the same company. It was a complete scam!!!
