Agree with many of the comments below. Have not been able to access their portal even after a year. No email address, no phone number. Policy has just lapsed as I couldnt access renewal documents which drove me eventually to this website and read the reviews.
It seems I am in the same boat as many others. Atrocious customer service has lost them another good customer who pays upfront annually with no problems. They used to be a reasonable company but this Customer Portal and lack of communication in the last 12 months or so must be seeing them lose business. Someone senior in this company needs to get their act sorted or there wont be much left.
