As stated above, a simple change on the policy resulted in a £50.00 admin fee, which is EXTORTIONATE!
I heard the representative key in the changes at the other end (all 30 seconds worth) - daylight robbery.
Also hate the fact they close their support lines at 17:30. Not good if you are working all day and need to contact them.
Shall not be renewing.
