They operate an exploitative auto renewal policy that will see your insurance rise by 20 percent and automatically add things on that you may not want, arrangement fees, transaction fees. In essence, They will milk you. The auto renewal notification went into my spam folder and I was unaware it was auto renew. The cost of cancelling this unwanted policy is more than half of the policy value. It’s legal exploitation and the auto renew function is solely designed to exploit.
