Awful company. They cancelled my insurance even though my lender was happy to continue, basically I missed one monthly payment had no letter from them at all just a text message stating insurance due to be cancelled in 24hrs so I called them up and they had already cancelled it, rather then fighting them I said I would start a new claim but the lovely call handler decided to hang up.
Avoid this company don't know where they get there employees but they are more suited to debt collection.
