Some one tried to steal my bike. And the insurance company did not want to pay out due to a technicality. Had to take out another insurance policy to cover my self. Had 2 months left on old policy (I always pay in full). Sie not get any refund from old policey. Was only £60 but i feel short changed. Will be looking to change brokers next year.
During the hole process was 9n hold for 26min. Then 25 mins and the 10mins while trying to sort it all out.. phone bill has cost me approx £15 as they would not give me a direct phone number..
