Rather disappointed.
Apparently due to a transposed digit in my account number, which would be odd as it auto fills, it was nescessary to cancel my policy even though i called as soon as I got the message to do so.
Currently unaware if i am insured or not because i have a cancellation letter and no further communication.
Rather sad really.
