They will not recover vehicle when brake warning light informs driver to have car towed to nearest garage.
Apparently this is not a 'broken down' car...it does not have a 'mechanical failure' 'I do not meet the criteria'
The call handler could not understand my frustration.
I have breakdown cover - my car is not drivable - I am miles away from a garage.
