Had to pay a stealth charge to cancel an auto renewal! 😳
Notified them before renewal and was sent a link via email to cancel my renewal at a cost of £4.99, for what?! There is no way around this charge without creating further problems.
Didn’t use breakdown cover but looking through the reviews that doesn’t sound promising.
Draw a line and move on.
