Around 3 weeks before your renewal date we will email you the details of your renewal. Don't worry you don't need to do anything to renew as all our policies are auto-renewal policies. If you don't wish to renew or opt out of auto-renewal then please visit our Customer Services section on the Nova Direct website. There is a small £4.99 charge to opt out or cancel your auto-renewal.
