Don't buy from Nova Direct, the problems arise when you make a claim Policy price is reasonable enough. The problems arrive when you attempt to claim on that policy. I made a claim for cracked screen a month ago and have heard nothing except that I noticed that they took the excess payment from my bank account without actually processing the claim or updating me. I must express my extreme disappointment in a company policy of: "we do not warrant for a timeframe in which your claim will be concluded within." or "our Claims Team are an offline department and therefore all communications are over email. There is no need to chase a response as Customer Service do not have access to the full details of your complaint." This policy reads to me, a customer, that - they will process your claim when it suits them and don't bother calling because we won't update you. I have tried to get an update but they won't speak with me. This is the service I have experienced so far. I believe that they just hope people will find it too much of a pain to chase them and will simply go away.
