I changed my address and rather than having my car parked on my driveway,( where it wasn’t secure) it was parked in a secure car park surrounded by 3 metre high walls where you needed a fob to get into the car park,so they told me it would put an extra £105 for that.
All in all,they are the biggest rip off insurance company I have ever known
