The insurance company changes information you enter online when looking for quote and to amend it they are asking for another hundred and twenty eight pounds on top. I my case they have changed the date of purchase of my car by changing the month of purchase, claiming that I have entered incorrect. I called to cancel my insurance with them. It was in the first 3 days of beginning of the policy. First they put me on hold forever and the a very rude person Deby dealt with the cancelation. I have been charged lots of money and had so bad experience with them.
