Avoid Pets at Home in Byker!!The staff are very rude, including the manager, and not just today but in the last couple of times!! I used to be a regular costumer there, but I will never go back again! Looks like they do not need costumers. Pets at home in North Shields is much better, the staff is much more polite and knowledgeable,and the shop is much better equipped anyway.
