We had just acquired our new puppy and needed advise on all needed stuff. Our visit took us to lakeside branch ,wow the staff member we had was fantastic she was like a friend helping us .I even joked and said are you free to come round and check on us next week.
I know she was genuine as I work in sales and work with people .
Brilliant person and a lovely character.
