I would like to thank Luke from pets at home Botley for the most amazing customer service and going above and beyond for myself and my 3yr old son.
My sons pet fish died and couldn’t understand what that meant and felt it needed to see a vet. I took my son and his fish here and Luke was so helpful with pretending to be a vet and bringing back a new alike fish for my son. My son was elated. He really made a little boy extremely happy. I am grateful. Thank you Luke, pets at home are very lucky to have you as an employee.
