Pets at home At Alban's. Staff manning the door very polite and ensuring no groups coming in but there was 1 customer who didn't want to follow the rules like everyone else and shouted at the manager and verbally abused him. Don't know how the manager kept his cool. Behaved in such a professional manner. When man couldn't get a reaction he started shouting at other staff and customers. Think the police had to be called. Well done that manager.
