Hello! I was at your Durham Arnison Centre store on Friday 11th April and was served by a lady (her name tag was Nicky). What a lovely pleasant person she was. She told my family all about puppy vip and also about the new flea treatment you are offering. I would definitely tell my friends about the service I got .
