(1) Told to stand and wait for over 1 hour whilst badly injured cat was taken away for injuries to be assessed.
(2) Told cat needed general anaesthetic, and urgent treatment for injuries, and would cost £500+. I agreed to pay.
(3) Then told to take it home and bring back following day for that treatment, because they were about to close (3.30pm!) and there would be insufficient time for cat to recover from treatment.
(4) Told that if cat became worse overnight, to phone any emergency vet (not them) with an overnight facility.
The general impression I got was that the only important thing was my agreement to pay £500+ the bill was £649.95! The cat has survived so far, despite being nursed overnight with gaping wounds before treatment, but I will never use them again
