First visit, Happy dog, wishes as to ear plucking noted n followed through. Also thanks to staff, dog taken to vets and antibiotics received, grateful for that
Today... different experience. Attitude of one staff member could be better and resulted in feeling incompetent and a poor dog owner. Wishes from last appt ie ear plucking, not to, were not followed through today. Dog still Happy but shaking his head a lot. Me not so . Don't want to return for our 3rd appt. There is a way of speaking to people without them feeling like rubbish.
