Worst customer service ever!!!!!
I ordered an item and paid for expedited delivery as I urgently needed it before I went away.
They failed to deliver as per my payment and even though I warned them that I would no longer be in the country to refuse delivery, they completely ignored me. Now there is a parcel sitting outside my door with the risk of being stolen and I am also going to lose my 14 days return policy as I won’t be back to the country for 4 weeks. I will never use them again. They are the most unhelpful people ever!
