Went into the parkhead retail park store and was denied a hamster by a very cheeky young male working there because I did not have a picture of the hamster cage that was at my property.
Even tho me and my partner had explained that the kids hamster who we bought off them had died.
No customer service skills at all and had no interest in helping only to get away from the conversation.
