After complaining to the CEO of pets at home regarding the way our friend was abused and harassed by 3 pets at home staff including the store manager they came back with that our friend had been abusive that’s what the staff said and its a lie the email she received was absolutely disgusting and banning her from all pets at home as they feel they need to protect their staff from her what a joke she’s 76 years old they should be ashamed the decision is not except able
