Ordered a dog bed for my poorly dog, paid for next day delivery, nothing came had an email from them asking how well did they do so said I did not get my next day delivery, they refunded me but that is not the point! This was on Tuesday and it’s now Friday and still no bed, see that it is to be delivered by Evri! Everyone knows that Evri may deliver in a weeks time or it just gets lost.
I am livid you cannot speak to anyone at Pets at home about a delivery and the live chat is a waste of time.
