Ordered biscuits for my cat who has stomach condition. 5 days later and still processing. Had to cancel order but was very difficult to get through to Orts at Home Customer Service. Only apologised when I explained I'll have to go to vets to get biscuits.
Will never order again from them. Unreliable and poor customer service that is not easy to get through to.
