Dreadful service. Only received one cat’s flea treatment, and after weeks of emailing to no response and queuing in the online chat, I got nowhere. No refund, and no ability to sort on my account.
Three weeks later, I’ve given up and blocked them from my bank, and set with Protect my Pet, which has been easy so far.
