Took our springer spaniel today to Norwich. The woman was grumpy unpleasant and rude . We asked for a short cut and nails clipped and after an hour our dog looks exactly the same except for a bath which we could have done ourselves. Charged £32.
We now are booked with another groomer to do the job she was supposed to do. Never go back again!!
