In return, they offer you a cash refund within 7 days. Simply keeping money that is not theirs. They cannot be bothered to fix their mistake in an effective or even adequate way. Disconnecting or blocking a chat with a client. I honestly don't recommend it unless you want to give your money back for a week because you are an idiot.
