Another mess up. Their IT systems appear to be in a mess. Tried to place an order online one day - told payment taken but order failed (how?!) - support team confirmed this and that money would be returned.
Next day placed another order (same as previous day), a couple of days later partial delivery but from both orders *sigh*
Still chasing where the remaining items are so I can then arrange for them to collect one of the orders at some point. What a mess. Can't be bothered to shop with them again, we probably spend about 150-200 a month with them but I'm done.
Sort out your website and backend systems - it's not hard to run e-commerce in 2024.
