I did an online order for something I will only need once. Web page came back as attached. Critical error order not processed but have been charged. I would be refunded. I need the item for pet health and went an extra journey to pick up item. £12 expecting refund. Then constant reminders emailed to me to pick up item which I'd already had to buy. I want the £12 back but no way to contact the company as 'Live chat' is shut down currently so now I've wasted a trip to shop, a lunchtime and now only choice is another trip to store, in an attempt top retrieve my money.
