from Fort Kinnaird Edinburgh really unhelpful at tills and when I asked for help she said I was on the tills..She appears to work in a siloe and does not realise that she should help the customer particularly when she is serving the said customer. Think there is a need for staff training on courtesy and their role and reminded who pays their salary ..
