Ordered cat food to be delivered in store on 26th
February. I received an email to advise that it would be available on 1st march. Didn't arrive till 3rd march tried phoning customer service what a joke held on for over 10minutes on 3 occasions they didn't answer phone. Communication very poor for such a reputable company. Will not order from them again.
