I have been a regular customer of Pets at Home (Charlton) and would like to commend one of the staff members on their professional attitude and excellent customer service.
Chrissie (customer service advisor), always provides expert advice, has vast knowledge about many of the various products that are sold throughout the store and always looks to provide the best deals possible. With the variety of pets that we have as a family, Chrissie has always ensured that we always have an incentive to return.
