I rang to query the fact that I could get a better quote from Policy Expert through Gocompare than the renewal quote direct from the company. The agent I spoke to handled my enquiry with great sensitivity, displaying excellent people skills, and I ended up paying the lower amount. He appeared to be doing the job "by the book", which made me think he was perhaps relatively inexperienced, but if this the case, he had clearly been well trained.
