“Have any of you writing good reviews actually tried to make a claim? I wouldn't even give one star. We had damage to our roof following 90 plus mile an hour winds. I thought this was what insurance was for. Policy Expert wouldn't pay because the roof was old - all clearly stated on the policy document. The roof was in good repair before the storm and had dangerous aspects after. I questioned the claim rejection and there was no conversation possible just them escalating to a 'complaint' and giving me the verdict that they weren't going to pay anything or help me in any way find people to fix the roof. They will be nice as pie taking your money. If you actually want to be insured forget this company. After 5 months of enquiry, the ombudsman can't even tell me who was underwriting my policy. VERY WORRYING.”

“Got referred to this site from a comparison agency. They offered insurance products in excess of what I asked for at a cheaper price than others that were offering less. Was very easy to create and set up. Can't fault so far!”
