Letter came through the post offering a " Too good to be true " Buildings/Contents insurance quote. After phoning them and giving details of my current level of cover, quotes turned out to be more expensive.
I don't know if call operator thought I was deaf or daft or both but if I heard how good their reviews were once I heard it 20 times. Real hard sell i.e. "Well if you're happy to go with somebody not as highly rated as us that's up to you "
