Policy Expert Agent was very helpful and polite. My customer experience was excellent. Speed of service great. All questions answered to my satisfaction - reason I took up policy.
I have scored 4 out of 5 because it was only when I called that the agent was advising about an upgraded version of policy. I believe it is best to include all these information in the begining, so that customer can see first hand what thy are getting and the different prices for basic and upgraded policy and then make an informed decision.
