I took out a policy on a car I was due to buy this weekend. I didn’t end up buying the car so called to cancel the policy on day 2. I was told there was a £30 admin fee to cancel and that the 14 days is only to avoid ANOTHER £30 fee. That was not clear at all on the site or when I purchased or I would not have done so.
Very very disappointing and terrible customer service. Will never use them again.
