Bought my car insurance from POLICY EXPERT and was expecting a "cool off" period for changing my mind.
Cancelling only the next day I was confronted with a £30 'cancellation fee'.
I consider this a deliberate contravention to my "cool off" rights.
Most unhappy with POLICY EXPERT's 'policy' on basic buyer's rights.
