Abysmal service regarding a Storm Damage . Be wary ! They used Google Earth to ‘virtually’ inspect my toppled wall .
They have now cancelled my Policy, based on their error, leaving me uninsured .
I have learnt a lesson - the cheapest Policy sounds great, until you need support & service with a Claim .
