Only gave 4 star’s, as you never know a good insurance company until you have to make a claim and see how they deal with it. I chose policy expert not just due to price but on the advice they supply via their emails & website. Even though I had moved my contents & building insurance to another company For a couple of years I still received these mails, which contain some good advice, I suppose a bit of subliminal message marketing. Either way I decided to return to the company.
