Although very good in year 1 and an impeccable price which included a claim settled without question Year 2 was a challenge so I left policy expert. They did not send me a renewal notice in the post and chose to do this by phone; not even providing me with a price until I had re - answered all the questions with a Yes or No. As I could not answer whether any home within a certain distance of my house had ever been flooded (how am I supposed to know this) I answered not to my knowledge which they said was not good enough and I needed to research and come back to them - bizarre!? In 20 years of insuring properties never encountered anything so ridiculous so I left the company.
