Although the website was quite easy to use, I would have liked the option to 'tweak' some of the Sum Assured by a small margin to best reflect my personal needs.
I also received an email from PCL, with details of my credit agreement. This would have been deleted at first glance, thinking it was unwanted email. It would have been useful if the name reflected the name from where i was purchasing i.e. Policy Expert!
