Never have I had such a disappointing experience with an insurance company ever in my life! I had my car insured with them and on this one occasion, a lady backed into my car in a car park. She admitted full responsibility and was very apologetic. We reported the claim to PE and after a long 4 months of the lady then retracting her claims of responsibility, my supposed insurance company concluded it was my fault and made me pay £350 excess and then had the audacity to terminate my policy!! I feel completely let down by a company that is supposed to have your interests in hand. My husband and I were witnesses to the incident and she was alone yet her insurance company was obviously much more competent and able to run rings around Policy (not so) expert. If I were to give you any sound advice, AVOID at all costs unless you want to be screwed over.
