It's true that Policy Expert are quite easy and inexpensive when paying for their Insurance Policy as I have done for three years but don't have an accident claim My computer was damaged in February this year and following details of evidence by email almost too many to count I was met by nothing but excuses to meet my modest claim After five months of complaint by phone and email I called on the assistance of the Financial and Insurance Ombudsman Service Within a few days this had the desired effect and a week later a cheque to meet part of the claim However to date although they had agreed to pay £46 "goodwill money" this has not been paid Running true to form there is an excuse. Take my advice don't touch this Company it's nothing but trouble
